Plain terms for a small tool. Read them; there are only six.

1. What you get

An account, and a script you can install on sites you own or are authorised to instrument. The service is provided as it is, with no uptime guarantee while it is in beta.

2. What you must not do

Do not install the script on a site you do not control. Do not use it to track a specific person. Do not send us personal data in custom event names. Accounts doing any of these are removed without notice.

3. Your data is yours

Export it whenever you like. Delete it whenever you like. If this service shuts down, you get notice and time to export.

4. Fair use

Beta accounts get a generous but finite allowance. If your traffic outgrows it we will contact you before doing anything, never after.

5. Liability

The tracker is written to be unable to break your site, and it is tested for that. Even so, our liability is limited to what you have paid us, which during beta is nothing.

6. Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the notice will say what changed rather than telling you to re-read the whole thing.
